    Service Wand Inc. may offer a limited free trial for certain platform features.

    To activate a trial, users may be required to provide a valid payment method, such as a credit card.

    1. No charges will occur during the trial period.
    2. If the trial is not cancelled before expiration, the account may automatically convert to a paid subscription.

    7. Payments

    We currently accept the following payment method:

    By providing payment information, you authorize Service Wand Inc. to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

    8. Refunds

    Refund requests for physical goods must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

    Refunds may be granted if:

    1. The item is defective or broken
    2. The item does not match the provided description
    3. The purchaser changed their mind
    4. The item does not meet purchaser expectations

    All digital software subscriptions and SaaS services are non-refundable.

    9. Guarantees

    1. Hardware warranties apply only to physical products.
    2. No guarantees apply to software or SaaS services.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Service Wand Inc., including its:

    1. Directors
    2. Officers
    3. Employees
    4. Agents
    5. Affiliates

    shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    1. Use of the Site
    2. Use of the platform
    3. Use of the services offered.

    11. Applicable Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
